Above prices include delivery and set-up in your yard. If you are wihin 50 miles of dealer lot where purchase was made, delivery is free. Over 50 miles, there may be a charge of $3 per loaded mile. Over mileage fee is collected at delivery.

Play set site must be level, if not level it must be prepared before delivery. If you have a fence we need a gate 6 inches wider than the play set. If we have to remove fence panel there will be a $75 charge plus $50 per hour until the play set is set up. Panels are hard to remove on some fences. If you are unsure about your fence, call the builder at 812.493.2300 before the delivery date. If we have to return at a later date due to fence problems, there will be an additional $250 charge and it could delay delivery by as much as 6 weeks.
